How do I return my cube?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition you received them: unused, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Proof of purchase is required. To start a return, contact [e-mail] for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and pre-paid label (if offered). Items returned without an RMA will be refused. 

After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:
