What’s your refund policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your Rubik’s® WOWCube®. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.

To start a return, email [e-mail] for an RMA number and return instructions. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to post the funds.
